Rax is built with privacy as a core principle. We believe you should own your data and understand exactly how it's used.

Data We Collect

• Account Information: Email address and name when you sign up
• Conversation History: Messages between you and your AI agents
• Learning Ledger: Preferences and information you share with your agents
• Usage Data: Aggregate statistics about how you use Rax

Data We Don't Collect

• We don't train AI models on your data
• We don't sell your information to third parties
• We don't track you across the web
• API keys are encrypted and never logged

Your Rights

• Export: Download all your data anytime (JSON, CSV)
• Delete: Remove all your data with one click
• Edit: Modify or remove anything in your Learning Ledger
• Self-Host: Run Rax on your own infrastructure

Security

Your data is protected with:

• AES-256-GCM encryption for API keys and secrets
• TLS 1.3 for all data in transit
• Multi-tenant isolation between users
• Regular security audits

BYOK Mode

When using Bring Your Own Key (BYOK) mode:

• Your API keys are encrypted at rest
• Keys are never logged or sent to our systems
• You pay your LLM provider directly
• We cannot see your API usage
